Our Work Scope Included- Designing, Implementation and Management of HR Processes.
We are managing around 600 employee workforce across 24 outlets. We gathered information by conducting a week long diagnostic study. Designed and facilitated entire set-up of Human Resources department that includes organisation structure, recruitment process, PMS, Induction set up, compensation structure standardisation etc.
Our Work Scope Included- Study, analyse and evaluate the existing processes to identify the loopholes and suggest changes for the betterment of the organisation.
Our scope included design of standard HR policies, Grading, organisation structure, KRAs/KPIs, compensation structure, payroll standardisation etc. for around 1000+ employees. We also contributed for development of Compensation structure, Training Need Identification & approach towards implementation of program with effective index.
