    Our Work Scope Included- Study, collaborate, capture, analyse and develop payroll framework to strengthen and support payroll functional operations. We conducted a two month long payroll set up activity which included creation of master records, payroll process designing creation of compliance framework and orientation, compensation structuring etc. We designed payroll functional operations, such as- attendance gathering, generation of salary statements and salary slips, handling full and final settlements, regular MIS payroll report status etc. We also facilitated in reducing the redundancy of payroll related activities and increase the organisational effectiveness.
